Information for your next holiday with us
Minimum stay
We only rent out our holiday home on a weekly basis (preferably from Saturday to Saturday).
Arrival and departure
On your day of arrival, your holiday home will be available from 4.00 pm. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the house at 10 am. This is necessary to ensure that there is time to carefully clean and prepare the house for the next guests. Thank you very much for your kind cooperation. Please could you contact us by telephone to let us know if you may be arriving late.
Reservations
A reservation is only binding upon receipt of payment.
In the event of an earlier departure or delayed arrival, you will be charged the full amount for the period that was originally agreed.
Final cleaning

Tourism tax
For all persons over 14 years of age, € 1.35 is levied as a municipal tax per person and night. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be paid on site.
Cancellation policy
We ask for a a written cancellation.
- Up to 30 days before arrival there are no cancellation fees. A deposit paid will be credited to your account for a future stay and can be redeemed within one year from the cancellation date.
- 29-21 days before arrival we charge 30% of the agreed accommodation price.
- 20 days to 11 days before arrival we charge 60 % of the booked accommodation price.
- Cancellations made 10 days before arrival or later, early departures, late arrivals or no-shows will be charged 90 % of the booked accommodation price.
